Campaign Finance Reports

All candidates seeking office and all political committees should be aware of the requirements of Miss. Code Ann. § 23-15-801 et seq. (1972). Mississippi law requires all candidates, their committees, and all other political committees, to file campaign finance disclosure reports. These reports are called “Reports of Receipts and Disbursements.” Forms necessary for compliance with these laws are available from the Secretary of State’s Office, or Office of the City Clerk. Reports are due in the Office of the City Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on the deadline. All reports are uploaded according to the deadline and as they are received by Clerk's office.

*All reports received after deadline date will be posted as they are received.*
